Here is the order process:
1. Go to the Product Page that you want to order;
2. Fill in the online form with your order info and add to cart;
3. Go to your cart and fill in your shipping info;
4. Pay and finish the payment;
5. Get the tracking number;
6. Waitting for IDs to your hands.
It usually takes 2 days for printing and production for your ID cards, and 5-7 days shipping time. It means it usually takes about one week time for the whole process.
You can check if your order went through by visiting your account’s order history panel. All transactions are listed there by date, newest to oldest.
